Sounding like a crow is a perfect way to entice a springtime gobbler into giving away his location by gobbling back at you. You can then move closer and attempt to lure the gobbler into range. The Crow Call is also perfect for calling and hunting crows. Just as people have different voices, crows produce different sounds also. The Primos Crow Call makes the subtle accurate sounds of crows. It is perfect for locating that monster gobbler or just callin’ in the crows.

    Gets Turkeys Gobbling Instantly
This call does exactly what it’s supposed to—got turkeys gobbling and crows crowing. The sound is loud, sharp, and carries really well, which makes it perfect for locating birds from a distance. It’s super easy to use right out of the package and doesn’t take much practice to get realistic tones.I’ve had birds shock gobble almost immediately after hitting a few calls, especially early in the morning. It’s also consistent—no weird squeaks or struggling to get sound like some cheaper calls.Small, reliable, and does its job every time. Definitely worth keeping in your vest.

Great for communicating with crows- that is only purpose I purchased this for. I’m not a hunter.
I bought this specifically to befriend a crow. It does very well and has the patterns to use written on the package. It’s actually made for letting turkeys communicate their location because crows sound an alarm that turkeys respond to and then it gives directions on luring turkeys, but my interest was calling crows. So far, so good. Nicely made and has a realistic sound.

    Sounds like a real crow!
I love crows. Maybe that is weird, but I do, and I have always wanted to be able to mimic their sound. This call is better than I expected. Just be warned that it is very loud (like real crows can be). The sound really does carry. I am not a hunter or anything; just someone who is fascinated by birds and always wanted to talk to them.

Sounds so real! Super easy to get a perfect call!
I don’t hunt. I am too soft hearted. I bought this so that my family and I might befriend our neighborhood crows. This crow call is so easy to use, and has instructions on the package. The first time I used it, I attempted a “gather” call. And much to our amazement, about 6 crows circled our house. We could see them looking down on us from overhead! They were probably thinking “who’s this guy?” Anyway, we’re still working with them and trying to earn their trust. This crow call sounds very authentic. Anyone should be able to use it. It’s compact and durable. Buy it, watch some online tutorials, and see if you can attract them. They are highly intelligent and mate for life. Hopefully they’ll trust our family soon!

A learning curve needed for proper use!
I was excited to find an actual crow call for sale, and while this is well made, it’s little more than a loud kazoo. You need time and practice for it to sound like a real crow, (something which I can do with my voice alone.) I’m sure in the right hands with someone very familiar with crow calling, it works perfectly well, but don’t think this is a pick-up & crows come immediately, kind of thing. it’s not. Knowledge of what crow calls sound like, patience & practice are needed.

It either works, or its coincidence and gives the illusion of working
We have lost a lot of chickens from hawks. Apparently hawks don’t like crows. We walk outside and randomly toot the ol crow call. Since using it regularly we haven’t lost any more. Not sure if it is the call or the dumb chickens getting smarter. Beautiful or not, you should be allowed to take matters into your own hands when something is attacking your flock for fun. The don’t even eat the chickens and ducks. The just kill them and screw off to a tree to taunt the survivors who now have PTSD. I do love to see the field and surrounding trees full of crows. Once there are a few out there, they have a regular block party and every crow within an ungodly radius shows up.

Ok this sound a bit odd, a bit like a party blower. That said it brings them in. I’m impressed!
