Woodhaven Red Wasp Turkey Mouth Call

The Red Wasp is the call that helped define the WoodHaven mouth-call sound. Its three-reed split-V design is built for hunters who want coarse old-hen rasp, hard yelps, aggressive cutting, and enough volume to reach across ridges or punch through windy conditions. But it is not limited to loud work. Ease off the air and it can settle into softer purrs and tree talk when a gobbler closes the distance. The red top reed over two prophylactic reeds gives the Red Wasp its familiar break, rasp, and resistance. More than two decades of field use have made the Red Wasp WoodHaven’s best-selling mouth call of all time – a proven benchmark for hunters who want a loud, raspy split V they can carry from first-light locating to the final setup.
SIGNATURE RED WASP RASP – A coarse, super-raspy old-hen voice built for hard yelps and cutting when you need to grab a gobbler’s attention.
LOUD WHEN YOU NEED IT – High-output rasp and volume make it a natural fit for run-and-gun hunting, windy ridges, and reaching distant birds.
STILL FINISHES CLOSE – Back off the air and the Red Wasp settles into softer purrs and tree talk, giving you more range than a one-dimensional loud call.
PROVEN SPLIT-V DESIGN – Three reeds with a V-cut, red top reed, and two prophylactic reeds create the hard break and coarse hen tone Red Wasp users expect.
20+ YEARS OF PROVEN PERFORMANCE – The Red Wasp is WoodHaven’s best-selling mouth call of all time, trusted for more than two decades by hunters who favor a loud, raspy split V.
