I took a chance with fingers crossed on both hands.Turns out I didn’t have to! It works like a dream, it’s perfect! The battery lasts forever, the app was easy, setup was even easier, it’s not always 100% accurate, but, it’s 98% accurate. And I’m pretty sure it’s because of the movement in your wrist creating gaps. Again, that’s perfectly okay with me.Also, because I’ve run into other issues with health trackers, Apple Watches, and Galaxy watches a huge reminder to anyone that has tattoos around/on your wrist where the tracker goes – most of the time there are issues caused BY the tattoos, not your tracker, phone, etc.I encountered that with this device, as well as a lot of other devices and I flipped it to under my wrist due to the tattoos on top and, well it works perfectly 🤗😁🤭Great price, great product! I have only taken it off for charging randomly and showed my PCP the information. I love the tracking and it has helped greatly to improve my sleeping habits and my blood pressure – NO, IT IS NOT REPLACING MY PCP OR MEDS. It is helping me along with my PCP and medications 💊I’ll be ordering another, lol probably more than one to keep in hand if this one stops working for some reason lol, I seriously only take it off to charge and put it right back in 🤗

Very inaccurate or missing data.
The first time I tried it, it showed my heart rate going from 66 to 107 while I was just sitting. Also, the blood oxygen reading never worked. It just showed a little flashing icon. The number was completely absent. I had clicked the box to “start reading”, but it never did.

Best Gift Ever!
I absolutely love my new fitness bracelet. I love the stats it tracks and how accurate it is. The only thing I would caution you on is to make sure you understand (from a trusted physician) what an acceptable blood pressure is. The app says one thing, and my doc says another. Another thing that I wish were a bit more intuitive is the constant tracking of my heart rat,e and not just periodic. It says I’m in fat-burning mode far less than I actually am. To be fair, it’s user error b/c I don’t go in and log my exercises as I should, so it could track my heart rate — that’s my bad, but overall I absolutely love it.Sleep and stress tracking is a beast on this device. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

After I connected the bracelet to the free application, it began tracking the number of steps I took on a daily basis and showing that information in a straightforward manner on my wrist. When I am seated for an extended period of time on busy days at work, I can simply look down and see that the number of steps that I take is much lower than my typical average. This realization gives me the motivation to get up, take a stroll around the block, or climb the stairs more often. It is really rewarding to see the numbers increase on weekends, when I am already more active, and to be aware that the effort it takes to go to the shop or play outdoors is truly being documented. I have grown to really like the sleep monitoring function. I wear the bracelet throughout the night, and when I wake up in the morning, the app displays how long I have been sleeping as well as an approximate indication of whether or not I had a calm or uneasy night. After a few weeks, I began to see trends emerging: if I spent more time at the computer later in the evening, I tended to get less and lighter sleep; but if I put the phone down earlier, I was able to sleep for a longer period of time and have a more restful night. I want to emphasize that none of this is intended to serve as professional advice, but the act of maintaining a visual record of my behaviors makes it simpler to modify them in a practical manner.
