* An OLED display provides real-time updates on brightness and battery levels

* Slide Lock ensures efficient one-hand operation and enhanced safety.

Is it easy to operate the EDC37? Can you turn on its TURBO or STROBE instantly?

Yes.

*Power on – Full Press the power button to activate the memorized brightness level

*Adjust brightness – Half tap the power button when the light is on

*Instant Turbo or Strobe (momentary)- Full press the paddle button next to the power button

The light does not turn on out of the box. Is it in the LOCK mode? What is it for?

Unlock the light first. However, always enable the Lock mode when carrying it in pockets or on belts to prevent accidental activation. To Lock or Unlock the light, push the side switch up or down. It’s that simple.

The EDC37 gets hot when operating at the burst 8000 lumens. Is it normal?

This is normal and is not a defect. Any LED flashlight of similar size and performance will produce similar amounts of heat. The max brightness is a burst mode and not for continuous use. It is important to engage the LOCK when storing the light.

What is the size and weight of the EDC37? How does it compare to the EDC29, and which one should I get?

The EDC37 (8000 lumens) measures 4.25 in × 1.55 in (10.8 cm × 3.9 cm) and weighs 7 oz, while the EDC29 (6500 lumens) is 5.26 in × 1.36 in (13.4 cm × 3.5 cm) and weighs 5.6 oz. If you have larger hands, the long and slim EDC29 may be easier to hold.
