Might recommend you start with a 15 to 20 lb, because the 25 is quite heavy, but for an advanced lifter like me it’s good.

These are great! The handles are very soft and I was quite impressed with the soft bottoms that are for preventing injury or at least attempting to. It feels like a rubber bottom filled with sand. Almost like a stress tog.

I was looking for a kettlebell to add to my exercises. I read reviews online and saw that this one was very good. I ordered the 25 pound kettle bell. Although the box it came in was damaged, the item itself was not. The size of the handle make it easy to pick up.
