Great workouts
This exercise bike was easy to assemble and feels very sturdy once set up. The heart rate sensor works well and it’s convenient to see my stats in real time while I’m riding. I really like the app sync feature because it helps track workouts and stay motivated over time. The bike is quiet and smooth making it perfect for home use without disturbing anyone. I’ve been using this stationary bike at home for a few weeks now and it’s been a great addition to my routine. Assembly was straightforward and it feels sturdy once set up.I really like the continuously variable resistance because it allows me to adjust the intensity smoothly during workouts..It’s compact enough to fit in a small space, and the tablet holder is very convenient for watching videos or following workout classes while riding. Overall, it’s quiet, stable, and perfect for home use.

Total waste of money and time trying to put this thing together. The holes on the front floor stabilizing bar weren’t drilled correctly therefore I’m unable to both screws through the bar. Instructions are probably from someone in China with zero knowledge of the English language which makes reading them incredibly frustrating. Save your hard earned money and buy another bicycle.

This is a good exercise bike for home use. It’s fairly compact and doesn’t take up much space. Assembly was simple and took me about half an hour. The bike feels stable during workouts and doesn’t squeak or wobble. I like that it has a heart rate sensor and can connect to an app to track workouts. The resistance adjusts smoothly, so it’s easy to change the intensity. Overall, it’s a great option for home workouts for the price. 👍

Great training bike!
I had to put the bike together by myself which I thought was gonna be super difficult and take me for ever, but honestly I got it done in 20 minutes, so it was very easy. Im a petite girl so I thought heigh may be a concern but it worked out great for me, I have been using it every day since I got it and it works great!
