Reach the Muscles That Still Feel Tight: Turn post-workout heaviness into a more satisfying reset with 11mm deep percussion that reaches beyond surface vibration. This deep tissue massage gun delivers 1,600-3,000 RPM across five speed levels, pairing direct impact with control instead of one fixed intensity. Start low to warm up, move higher for stronger muscle work, or use Level 5 for pressure-responsive speed during recovery after lifting, running, cycling or long training days.
One Tool That Fits More of Your Body: Stop trying to make one attachment work everywhere. Five massage gun attachments match contact to the muscle: the ball spreads pressure across quads and glutes, the air-cushion head softens contact on sensitive areas, the cone targets trigger points and feet, the arc follows calves and thighs, and the heat-and-cold head covers broad muscles. This percussion massager moves from focused work to full-body routines at home, in the gym or after competition.
Warm Up or Cool Down Without Switching Devices: Add temperature to percussion when muscles need more than impact alone. This hot and cold massage gun offers two cooling levels at 50°F and 59°F, plus two heat ranges of 104-122°F and 122-140°F. The heat-and-cold head’s 900mAh battery runs up to 60 minutes, charges in about 120 minutes and shuts off after 10 minutes. Use warmth before training or a cooling finish after workouts on thighs, calves, back and other broad muscle areas.
Dial In the Session Your Body Wants: Get control for warmups, focused muscle work and recovery instead of guessing at one setting. This handheld massage gun combines four consistent speeds from low to high with a fifth automatic cycle that alternates intensity; applied pressure can increase speed. A 10-minute auto-off keeps sessions defined, making this muscle massager easy to use between sets, after runs or in a daily mobility routine.
Bring a Complete Recovery Routine Wherever You Train: Keep deep percussion, targeted heads and temperature options together instead of packing separate recovery tools. The 4 x 2 x 6.5-inch body, 2550mAh main-unit battery and carrying case make this portable massage gun practical for the gym, track, court, office or travel. A full charge takes about 4.5 hours; athletes, runners and active adults can work shoulders, back, arms, glutes, hamstrings, calves and feet with an organized full-body percussion kit.
HELPFUL TIPS FOR FIRST USE: FSA-HSA Eligible and backed by a 2-year warranty. Press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds to turn the massage gun on or off. For best charging performance, use a 5V⎓2A adapter; lower-power sources may charge more slowly, and a full charge takes about 4.5 hours. The massage gun cannot be used while charging. Some operating sound is normal during percussion massage. Level 1 may already feel firm, so start with light contact or the air-cushion head. Speed may increase as you apply more pressure.
