I really like this adjustable dumbbell set. The best part is that it can change into different forms depending on the workout. You can use it as regular dumbbells or connect it to make a barbell. Actually pretty good quality, I was concerned when I first purchased, but the only complaint is the bar to turn it into a barbell doesn’t feel sturdy when you add a bunch of weight to it. I love the dumbells and use the kettlebell handles as well
