brought in buck of lifetime
Almost too good to be true. Opening morning of deer season I could hear something out of sight. Hit the bleat one time and here come the biggest buck I’ve ever killed. Sad I didn’t get to chase the deer I was after. This thing let me tag out an hour after season opening. P.s. it was peak rut. I can’t verify yet the effectiveness out of rut, pre rut and post rut.Edit: I’ve used this for a few years now. I still haven’t used it in pre-rut. However, this call has brought me does, button bucks, and another decent buck. I’ve used it effectively all but once. I did manage to scare off a buck during bow season. However, I take the blame for this because the buck was 50 yards away in brush and I was desperate to get him closer, so I hit the call twice within 5 minutes (a big no no to experienced hunters)

well worth the money
a cheap and robust call. i wish it was a little higher pitched, but it worked. i called in a spike with it. the plastic makes a loud clanking noise when it accidentally hits something hard like a gun barrel, but that can be easily remedied by wrapping some rubber from an old bicycle inner tube around it.

Great Grunt Call!
This call has a deep tone like classic Lohman calls, like the Monster grunt call. I’ll sure be looking forward to using this fall during Deer Season. If anybody’s a fan of Lohman Game Calls, this is a highly recommended product.
