Great pack! Don’t hesitate – it is the best “bang” for the buck!
This pack has performed flawlessly for several seasons now. It’s comfortable loaded or light, great for hunting, even off grid or hiking. Has tons of pockets, is extremely organized and is literally the most comfortable pack I’ve ever worn. The built in holster is a bit awkward to reach when the pack is on, however I place the grip facing forward for a cross draw and it works fine. Otherwise a chest holster is an option. The fabric is waterproof and superbly quiet, the zippers have great pulls that are easy to grasp, with built in little rain “flys” to tuck into for inclement weather. I’ve used this pack extensively in the Pacific Northwest in heavy downpours and everything in the pack stayed dry. I have zero complaints about this pack.

Awesome Pack for a 3-5 Day hunt
Great Great pack used it for season 2024-2025 from start almost every weekend, got to bring a deer and this pack just handle it like a boss. Did’t got to wight it but at least 40lb with gear and Rifle and 100lb or more with the meat on it.Had all the essentials inside this back pack plus everything hanging on the outside and I was impressed with the performance A big thumbs up!!!

Initial Review
My wife won a Badlands Superday pack in a rafle. After some use, it quickly became apparent how amazing this pack is. I had to get one myself and after some research this was the only one in stock.This does almost everything right. Large Zipper holds for gloves, 3L hydration capability (not 2L as advertised), superior stitching and fabric, capability to store a bow or rifle, binoc attachments, holster for a compact pistol, and a lifetime no questions asked guarantee from Badlands. Even if you pick up a pack from a swap meet you get the guarantee.My only complaint is around the built in pistol holster. The holster has a strap that wraps around the back of the handle to prevent it from falling out if your not vertical. The strap is too short. If you have double-stack pistol, this strap will likely not reach around the pistol and clip in. I was barely able to fit a narrow M&P 9MM Shield into the holster and secure it. I was unable to secure my M&P 9C.

Very comfortable and ergonomically made.
Lightweight and comfortable pack. The side pockets on waist band are to far back for a full grown man to reach. The same goes for the pistol holster. You could spend half the money to get the same results on a hunting daypack.
