I received my Primos Double Cottontail Call today and was in the woods asap. I called for less than 2 minutes and had a fox beeline towards me. With in 5 minutes of stepping into the woods I had a fox on the ground; shot at about 10 yards. I have fox hunted for several years and have NEVER experienced such a quick or strong reaction from any other call I have used. I was looking to buy an electronic call, but now I am gonna wait and try this little gem out some more. I hunt in the wooded rolling hills of southeastern Pennsylvania and this call was more than loud enough for me. Will only buy Primos calls for now on!!!

It definitely works even for a novice.
I have never owned any kind of mouth call and have only used an electronic call for two years maybe a total of 12 times with only 2 coyotes under my belt. I got this call in the mail today, played around with it on the couch annoying my wife and dog, then after dark, around 7:30pm, I went out to give it a try a couple hundred yards from my house. I called once, for about 15 seconds in small “barks” kinda like a baby crying. Then I waited about a minute and called again for another 15 seconds or so. Then started scanning. After a couple of minutes I swung my scope around and a coyote was running up on my 7 o’clock position. Came in so close I had to whistle to stop it. Clean shot at 25-30 yards. I’m satisfied.

Great call that can make many different calls!
This call is fantastic. Its very loud and with a little practice, can be used to make a wide arrange of different animal distress calls. The call is well built with solid nice reeds and a solid wood mouth piece. I recommend this call for anyone who hunts predators.

Good Calling tool
I can pretty much duplicate a rabbit in distress or pain with this. The construction is high quality, and durable to just stuff in your pocket while out in the wild. Fools the coyotes quite well. And the price it right.

At times it sounds like a kazoo
It sounds good most of the time then I’m not sure if its the Reed sticking but it sounds like a kazoo at timesIt spooked 2 yotes at 150 yds the other day it was like a birthday horn it wasn’t making good sounds. I have several calls from this company and they mostly all work great but this one not the best.I’m going back to diaphragm
